摘要: A 5-year follow-up study of 476 type I adult diabetic patients previously studied cross sectionally revealed that, during the observation period, 19 died and 30 developed cardiovascular or renal disease, such as myocardial infarction (n = 8), cerebrovascular disease 3), amputation 6), insufficiency 13). The were registered by one most-severe event only. yearly death rate was 8.0 per 1000, compared with expected 2.0 for people corresponding age sex in general population. In insufficiency, also had infarction, an amputation. ages who died, amputation, 44.2 +/- 12.7, 41.3 6.6, 43.7 13.2, 45.3 15.7, 40.8 9.8 years, respectively. Urinary albumin concentration a single early morning urine sample found to be strong prognostic marker development death. contrast, age, gender, at onset duration diabetes, levels blood pressure, serum creatinine, HbA1c, presence hypertension, well changes pressure hBa1c, period did not influence survival incidence disease. However, HbA1c associated increased urinary concentrations period.
