摘要: The concept of microalbuminuria was first introduced among diabetologists [1,2]. It is diagnosed when the urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) slightly elevated compared with a normal reference range but lower than what seen classical dipstix are positive for protein or albumin. Microalbuminuria marker an increased risk diabetic nephropathy and cardiovascular disease in patients insulin-dependent (LDDM) as well non-insulin-dependent (NDODM) diabetes mellitus [1–18]. A high number studies pathophysiology interventional measures these have been published reviewed dissertations reviews since 1989 [19–27] seven sets recommendations on prevention nephropathy, special to [28–34].
