摘要: Pancreatic cancer (PC) is one of the most malignant tumors. Rho GTPases can affect several types human cancers, including PC. In this study, we investigated role Ras homolog family member T1 (RHOT1), a new in IHC results showed that RHOT1 was expressed significantly higher PC tissues than paracancerous (P<0.01) and SMAD 4 (SMAD4) lower (P<0.01). widely cell lines analyzed by reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR), real-time quantitative (RT-qPCR) western blotting (WB).
