摘要: The cold shock protein RBM3 can mediate mild hypothermia-related protection in neurodegeneration such as Alzheimer's disease. However, it remains unclear whether and hypothermia provide same model of Parkinson's disease (PD), the second most common neurodegenerative disorder. In this study, human SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells subjected to insult by 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium (MPP+) served an in-vitro PD. Mild (32°C) aggravated MPP+-induced apoptosis, which was boosted when silenced siRNA. contrast, overexpression significantly reduced apoptosis. MPP+ treatment downregulated expression both endogenously exogenously suppressed its induction (32°C). conclusion, our data suggest that provides neuroprotection a cell PD, suggesting may be suitable strategy for PD therapy. exacerbates apoptosis even could synthesized during hypothermia.
