Obstáculos no cuidado às pessoas idosas hospitalizadas: percepções de enfermeiros(as)

摘要: Trata-se de um estudo exploratorio-descritivo abordagem quanti-qualitativa, que objetivou conhecer as percepcoes enfermeiros(as) acerca do cuidado pessoas idosas hospitalizadas e dos obstaculos enfrentados para desenvolver boa qualidade. Foi administrado questionario a 1.068 enfermeiros(as), com inclusao uma pergunta aberta. Os principais resultados sugerem o experienciado negativamente. reportados foram: falta apoio familiar, descontinuidade escassez tempo cuidado.
