摘要: Abstract The absorption of Strontium–Barium Niobate: SBN61 pure, SBN61:Cr (0.01 mol%), SBN61:Co SBN61:Ni (0.01 mol%, 0.5 mol%) and SBN61:Ce (0.01 mol%) single crystals, grown using the modified Stepanov technique, was measured compared to SBN58 SBN58:Cr (0.02 mol%) crystals obtained by Czochralski method. influence dopant’s type concentration on dielectric properties analyzed. Moreover, direct observation domain structure evolution during polarization reversal performed for pure SBN61.
