摘要: Abstract Doping congruently melting crystals of SBN with Ni results in a strong lowering the phase transition temperature and significant smearing transition. As consequence such parameters as dielectric permittivity, pyro-, piezo- electrooptic coefficients are remarkably increased at room show relatively weak dependencies. The Ni-induced optical absorption is interpreted crystal field transitions.
