摘要: The association of race and marital status with survival during a 10 year period after breast cancer diagnosis is described. data for this study were obtained from the Metropolitan Detroit Cancer Surveillance System, participant in National Institute's SEER program. sample was 10,778 women (85.6% white 14.4% black) diagnosed incident invasive between 1973 1978. Marital significantly associated race, but had only weak relationship length multivariate model predicting survival. However, strongly related to African American more likely than die controlling age at diagnosis, status, tumor stage, histologic type, treatment interaction stage. Ten years being cancer, 38.2% whites, compared 33.3% blacks still living. These confirm body literature which finds that experience shorter following do whites. unclear needs further study.
