摘要: Abstract A group of very similar cell lines was established from peripheral blood or bone marrow 12 patients with a variety disorders. The cells in these were uniform and round shape. They grew as single-cell suspensions aggregates small numbers stationary culture. most striking characteristic the lack surface immunoglobulin demonstrable synthesis. This synthesis their special growth characteristics distinguished them lymphoblastoid B previously described. unusual had strong Fc receptors C3 expressed Ia antigens. did not form rosettes sheep erythrocytes have detectable levels terminal deoxynucleotidyltransferase. secrete lysozyme failed to stain for peroxidase. presence Epstein-Barr virus nuclear antigen indicated viral genome. possibility that represent some type precursor lineage is discussed, but exact cellular origin remains be ascertained.
