摘要: This paper evaluates the impact of Bono Trabajador Activo, a training voucher program in Chile, on workers' labor market outcomes. Using detailed administrative datasets National Employment Service and Unemployment Insurance System, we apply difference-in-difference IV estimators to measure these effects. Our main results indicate that has an overall negative employment earnings, particularly among individuals who expect change economic sector. In contrast, find improves outcomes for females, those with lower education. The also duration mobility across sectors.
