摘要: This paper reviews in a systematic way the evidence on impact evaluations of active labour market programmes (ALMP), with focus Latin America and Caribbean (LAC). It thus serves as background for more comprehensive project that ILO’s Research Department is undertaking to assess usage experience region. The starts description main types key mechanisms ALMP. After summarizing previous general LAC, particular, empirical part first uses sample ALMP worldwide – compiled Card, Kluve Weber (2015) provide meta-analytical estimates programme effectiveness. second, novel analysis constructs an additional from LAC presents results meta-regressions this regional sample.
