摘要: This study estimates the earnings impact of one most extensive in-service training programs in developing world, Colombia's SENA, through a comparison nongraduates' and graduates' profiles. The possible influence selection is corrected use an ordered probit model to determine participation short long courses. correction causes significant decline SENA's effect. results are robust with respect alternative specifications model.
