摘要: The influence of the shape and grade inserts upon geometric structure composite coatings Ni-5%Al15%Al2O3 alloy Ni-5% Al is considered in paper. Nickel matrix were sprayed by Casto-Dyn 8000 torch on a steel substrate, then subjected to straight turning. Determining optimum geometry indexing now synonymous with selection dimensions insert an appropriate holder. According cutting board it was selected square, triangular, trigon inserts, made carbide cubic boron nitride (borazon). Machining nickel-based carried out for speed vc = 214 m/min case treatment borazon 107m/min plates treated tungsten cutting, using feed fn=0.06mm/rev depth cut ap 0.3 mm. Metal surface samples coated coating containing 15% Al2O3 based nickel, conducted 157 when machining 83 fn 0.06 mm/rev Highly precise finishing flame spraying turning tool inserts. Flank (VB) attack (KB) wear coefficient while maintaining constant spiral length (SCL) determined. Important elements parts (such as engines, pumps, centrifugal separators) are regenerated during long-term utilization. This paper proposes use technology subsonic thermal ship machinery parts.
