摘要: We describe a patient with an ischaemic lesion of the cervical spinal cord who presented clinical evidence stimulus-sensitive, multisegmental myoclonic jerks restricted to truncal and proximal limb muscles accompanied by electrophysiological features (giant somatosensory evoked potentials enhanced long-loop reflex) cortical myoclonus. hypothesize that these might result from loss inhibitory influences on sensory input structures: concomitant contribution hyperexcitability seems have played crucial role in inducing myoclonus our patient.
