摘要: We report an 18-year-old man with paroxysmal jerking movements of the left arm since age 7 years. These were invariably precipitated by startle or sudden movements. He was subsequently diagnosed a cervical cord anaplastic astrocytoma on MRI. could not identify previous reports myoclonus secondary to spinal neoplasm. have coined term Paroxysmal Kinesigenic Segmental Myoclonus describe this entity.
