摘要: This study presents a comprehensive methodological framework for assessing the economic-socio-cultural (ESC) sustainability of neighborhood-level urban communities (NLUCs) in Kolkata, India. The present aims to propose set indicators through top-down approach that meets certain criteria ESC specific contexts. In initial phase, has used existing and tools measure sustainability. Subsequently, categorized based on assessment an expert opinion which Delphi technique been employed. Grey relational analysis RIDIT test have instigated validate importance selected determine relationships among indicators. At decisive stage, VIF is conducted followed by employing Random Forest Classifier, supervised machine-learning algorithm identify redundant variables will be contributing positively towards prediction performance model were included final list prepared base designing both planned unplanned NLUCs.
