摘要: For a variety of reasons, only few computer devices allow to achieve pointing, tracking and selecting tasks in precise, fast intuitive way 3D workspaces. This article presents the ergonomic technical principles that have conditioned proposal desktop input device called "DigiTracker". The user controls position virtual object by grasping an isotonic end-effector between thumb forefinger while his forearm is laying on desk. equivalent absolute three degrees freedom mouse especially suitable for closed low technological cost this solution could provide really worth alternative complex VR systems. Possible applications are remote positioning or CAD simultaneous use with dedicated rotations control.
