摘要: This article analyzes positions on pornography using Q-methodology. Eighty-five respondents sorted a sample of 86 opinion statements definitions pornography, personal reactions to it, its causes and effects, social policy recommendations. Factor analysis was used identify clusters individuals in the United States who share common subjectively defined points view pornography. The three patterns responses that emerged from were labeled Religious-Conservative, Liberal, Antipornography Feminist. Using empirical data, we examine logical ethical structures these their political legal implications. We conclude viewpoints are too incompatible sustain stable effective alignments among adherents.
