摘要: Although recent court decisions have emphasized the importance of local community standards in defining and regulating pornography, virtually none empirical studies examined effects predictors when geographic location outlet source is varied. Data collected from a random sample residents one county were used to compare explanatory factors on citizens' attitudes toward various forms pornography at different distances. Findings demonstrated that some variables consistent pornography; others exert stronger influence citizens are considering sources their own neighborhood versus other locations, vice versa.
