摘要: Cytoskeleton organization is sensitive to regulatory signals at both spatial and temporal levels. In differentiating neurons, regulation of cell architecture specially relevant, tau plays a major role in the outgrowth neurites axonal development. Tau activity determining neuronal polarity modulated by protein kinases including cdk5. A significant increase expression cdk5 was observed N2A neuroblastoma cells induced differentiate presence dibutyryl cAMP. This induction concomitant with changes distribution tau, an microtubule assembling extracts undergoing differentiation. The course time followed linear relationship within 48 h period. These findings were corroborated RT-PCR which higher levels transcripts for detected differentiated morphology, as compared undifferentiated cells. Studies suggest that sequence molecular events leading extension mediated selective phosphorylations
