摘要: Using transmission electronic microscopy and mass spectrometry electron-dense thylakoids of chloroplasts Stevia rebaudiana leaves during active vegetable growth this plant were studied in relation to the biosynthesis diterpenoid glycosides (DGs). It was found that these compounds are absent thylakoids, but they contain a water-insoluble weakly polar ent-kauren, known biosynthetic precursor DGs as well gibberellins. This finding provides base for suggestion similar, electron-dense, observed earlier by other authors species. These data allowed us conclude an intensive ent-kauren is likely related adaptation short-day plants including under long day conditions.
