摘要: The accumulation of steviol glycosides (SGs) in cells Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni both vivo and vitro was related to the extent development membrane system chloroplasts content photosynthetic pigments. Chloroplasts plants, unlike those intact had poorly developed system. callus grown light contained proplastids almost round shape their thylakoid represented by short thylakoids sometimes forming a little number grana consisting 2–3 thylakoids. In etiolated regenerants culture dark, only practically lacking were observed. All having at least equipped with photochemically active reaction centers photosystems 1 2. Leaves plants accumulated greater amount pigments than leaves plants. regenerants, one order magnitude lower that tissue dark merely trace amounts did not exhibit any significant differences O2 evolution rate. However, rate much differentiated plant cells. cell cultures containing produce SGs. after transferring these light, formation production SGs them detected.
