摘要: The ultrastructure of trichomes intact and in vitro plants stevia were investigated under scanning transmission electronic microscopy. Three types found on both the upper lower surfaces leaf: viz. rounded glands large small trichome. density surface leaves is higher than leaves, while are characterized with ones. positive correlation between number content steviol glycosides (SGs) them was found. basic stages ontogeny gland cells revealed which reflect sequence secrete accumulation.
