摘要: Abstract A novel architecture was designed by combining the strong adsorption ability of Fe 2 O 3 microspheres to DNA probes and excellent conductivity self-doped polyaniline (SPAN) nanofibers (copolymer aniline m -aminobenzenesulfonic acid) on carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE) for electrochemical impedance sensing immobilization hybridization DNA. The formed conductive /SPAN membrane CILE characterized cyclic voltammetry (CV) spectroscopy (EIS) using [Fe(CN) 6 ] 3−/4− as indicator. probe surface sensitivity recognition were dramatically enhanced due unique synergistic effect microspheres, SPAN liquid. events monitored with a label-free EIS strategy. Under optimal conditions, dynamic range this biosensor detecting sequence-specific phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (PEPCase) gene from transgenically modified rape 1.0 × 10 −13 −7  mol/L, detection limit 2.1 × 10 −14  mol/L. This work suggested simple strategy prepare interface opened way application in biosensing.
