摘要: In order to study the localization of Lentil lectin (LCH)-binding glycoresidues in glomeruli from patients with a variety glomerulopathies, and elucidate relationship between LCH-binding sugars components extracellular matrix, laminin type IV collagen, investigations formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded kidney tissues digested trypsin were carried out by direct indirect immunofluorescence microscopy techniques. The glomerular basement membrane (GBM) mesangium reacted well LCH, whereas areas sclerotic lesions exhibited decreased reactivity. pattern LCH binding GBM various glomerulopathies was similar that but different collagen. LCH-reacting sites included double linear lines diabetic nephropathy, inner line outer projections (spikes) membranous reduplicated membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis. results obtained enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay showed had stronger reactivity for than collagen or fibronectin. These findings suggest is more reactive other matrix.
