摘要: Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis (EAE) is the prototype for cell-mediated autoimmune disease in general, and best animal model of human CNS inflammatory demyelinating disease. It has three forms, which vary clinical course neuropathology: acute EAE, hyperacute EAE chronic relapsing EAE. Acute are monophasic diseases which resemble diseases, disseminated encephalomyelitis haemhorrhagic leukoencephalitis, respectively. Chronic a resmebles the multiple sclerosis.
