摘要: In an attempt to simulate congenital hydronephrosis secondary urethral obstruction, we evaluated the consequences of obstructing urethra in fetal lambs by several techniques. When was ligated before 108 days gestation, bladder decompressed through urachus and upperurinary tract developed normally. Ligation both produced gross bilateral hydronephrosis, hydroureter, megacystis, as well severe pulmonary hypoplasia, associated with a high perinatal mortality. Intermittent obstruction balloon constrictor or diverting urine externally pressure-limited Pudenz valve proved unsatisfactory for producing hydronephrosis. Finally, ligation progressive gradual ameroid hypoplasia. This model simulates human fetus produces clinical pathologic picture similar that seen infants born
