摘要: Abstract We performed a study on the dielectric properties of Ba x Sr 1− TiO 3 –Mg 0.9 Zn 0.1 O (BST–MZO) composite ceramics derived from core–shell structured nanopowders with shell zinc doped MgO and core . It was found that exhibit significant improvement in response under DC electric field. The Curie temperature decreases more significantly BST–MZO compared to pure BST ceramics. tunability 0.75 0.25 –40%MZO is 23.49% at 20 °C. high frequency also show low constant great reduction loss. These are expected be useful microwave devices.
