Dielectric properties and substitution mechanism of samarium-doped Ba0.68Sr0.32TiO3 ceramics

摘要: Abstract Ba 0.68 Sr 0.32 TiO 3 ceramics of perovskite structure are prepared by solid state reaction method with addition x  mol% Sm 2 O , and their dielectric properties investigated. It is found that, integrating the lattice parameters tolerance factor t there an alternation substitution preference 3+ for host cations in lattice. Owing to replacement ions 2+ A site, T c rises increase doping when content below 0.1 mol%; meanwhile, more than 0.1 mol%, tend occupy B-site, causing a drop . modifications doping, constant, dissipation temperature stability influenced remarkably, making it superior candidate environment-friendly applications. Moreover, creation oxygen vacancies controls constant above so decreases increasing samarium.
