摘要: The effects of aging and diabetes on thedistribution β-adrenoceptor subtypes in the gutwere investigated BB rat.[125I]Cyanopindolol binding to 10-μmsections was evaluated using film autoradiography. Cyanopindolol β-,β1-, andβ2-adrenoceptors displaced by 1μM propranolol, 50 nM ICI-89-406, 100 nMICI-118-551, respectively. β-Adrenoceptor bindingwas highest circular muscle proximal colon lowest thepylorus 4- 5-month-old rats. Aging (8- to10-month-old vs. rats) associatedwith increased reduced colon.Diabetes had a time-dependent effect level ofβ-adrenoceptor binding. It theantral pyloric stomach but longer periods ofdiabetes caused reduction β-adrenoceptorbinding pylorus. Those intestine werereduced time-dependently involvedβ1- or β2-adrenoceptorsor both.
