摘要: Chronic diabetes alters sympathetic modulation of the cardiovascular system. In present work, we examined if system also demonstrates an impaired responsiveness to control. The effects streptozotocin-induced on pressure responses noradrenaline or isoproterenol infusion diabetic ratsin vivo are studied. Systolic and diastolic pressures were recorded through a cannula implanted in right carotid artery. Increasing doses infused catheter left jugular vein. dose-response curves for blood altered streptozotozin-induced rats. Noradrenaline induced statistically significant higher increase both systolic control than maximum depressor response was lower animals. Diabetes fully abolishes effect β-adrenoceptor stimulation pressure. results demonstrate that reduces arterial pressure, diminishes reactivity stimulation.
