Metallisation of gel surfaces under ambient conditions.

摘要: A room temperature method to coat a non-conducting gel phase with metal is described, which uses galvanic displacement. Electrolytes are dissolved in the allow deposition from an immiscible liquid electrolyte solution. Conformal was achieved by imprinting gel, followed displacement of gold.
