摘要: An analysis of the throughput performance a software implementation Xpress Transfer Protocol (XTP) is presented. instruction level simulator used to measure XTP software. Instruction paths that make up send and receive threads protocol processing as well checksum are timed provide measurements minimum delay in transfer layer. The sensitivity variations several related parameter values examined. It shown dominant determining per byte processing. Additionally, it calculation imposes significant penalty on throughput. also effect packet message delays increases with reduced processing, sizes order improvement these parameters will be needed achieve 100Mb/s or higher speeds studied. >
