摘要: This article reviews progress in the research of methyl mercury (MeHg) and nutrient interactions during past two decades. Special emphasis is placed on following three major areas: a) effects kinetics, b) toxicity, c) possible mechanisms. Dietary information not usually collected most epidemiologic studies examining MeHg exposure. However, inconsistency toxicity observed different populations commonly attributed to dietary modulation. Even though mechanisms interaction have been totally elucidated, nutritional toxicology has provided insights into understanding nutrients toxicity. Some this can be readily incorporated risk assessment diets fish-eating populations. It also clear that there a need for more designed specifically address role nutrition metabolism detoxification MeHg. important collect detailed future
