摘要: The principal objective of the research project Wolverines in a Changing World was to gain better insights into role wolverines have ecosystem dynamics, their adaptation change, and its implications for sustainable management natural environment. aim this thesis, within these settings, investigate wolverine foraging strategies multiple-use landscape, especially higher alpine habitat where livestock are grazed without human supervision or protection boreal forest co-exist with other intra-guild species. This addressed by focusing on following questions.1. Which analytical method is most appropriate analyze diet? [Paper I]2. Do shift food habit areas they wolves? II]3. do employ predator guild? III]4. Is large carnivore guild differentiated tolerances distribution, what effect does potential regional zoning carnivores? IV]5. Can spatio-temporal variation lamb depredation rates be explained local density and/or removal programs, certain demographic classes responsible increased rate during latter portion grazing season?
