摘要: Novel proteomic methods are revealing the intricacy of epigenetic landscape affecting gene regulation and improving our knowledge pathogenesis complex diseases. Despite enormous amount data regarding modifications present in DNA histones, deciphering their biological relevance context disease health is currently still an ongoing process. Here, we consider relationship between research tumorigenesis prospect transfer to clinical use, focusing primarily on histone post-translational modifications, which could be used as biomarkers. We additionally focus use techniques evaluate usefulness setting.
