摘要: Abstract I.p. injection of 250 mg/kg α-methyl-p-tyrosine (α-MT), into male rats, increased adrenocortical activity. In contrast, repeated administration 50 α-MT, did not activate the pituitary-adrenal system. However, both treatments induced a significant fall in brain catecholamine (CA) content. This datum questions causal relationship between CA depletion and stimulation ACTH secretion.
