摘要: Hypophysectomy leads to a small increase in tyrosine hydroxylase activity of all brain areas containing noradrenergic neurons or tuberoinfundibular dopamine neurons, but nigroneostriatal are not so affected. ACTH corticosterone treatment inhibited this effect hypophysectomy some and neurons. These data showing differential responsiveness different compatible with differences regulation molecular form central dopaminergic The disparity between increased hypothalamic decreased norepinephrine turnover following may result from change the rate-limiting step hydroxylation dopamine.
