摘要: The goal of this work was to determine the molecular basis for induction tumour vascularization and progression by injury. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) studies demonstrated that administration wound fluid derived from cutaneous injuries in pigs reduced lag initiation growth C6 glioma spheroids, implanted nude mice, accelerated doubling time. former effect can be attributed angiogenic capacity as detected vivo MRI, vitro promoting endothelial cell proliferation. latter effect, namely induced rate growth, is consistent with activity well finding directly mitogenic cells, spheroid culture. Of multiple factors present fluid, two key factors, heparin-binding epidermal factor (EGF)-like (HB-EGF) platelet-derived (PDGF), were identified dominant mitogens glioma, inhibition their using specific neutralizing antibodies suppressed on DNA synthesis glioma. This study suggests stimulatory injury possibly attenuated therapeutic targeting directed against a limited number factors.
