摘要: Mixed micellar electrokinetic chromatography with laser-induced fluorescence detection has been used for analysis of the catecholamines norepinephrine, epinephrine, and dopamine. The fluorescent reagent 5-(4,6-dichloro-s-triazin-2-ylamino)fluorescein was to label three compounds. reaction rate increased increasing alcohol concentration in derivatization buffer. Under optimum conditions complete within 10 min. separation performed 40 mM sodium cholate, 30 mM dodecyl sulfate, borate (pH 9.6), acetonitrile 8.0% (v/v) as running applied potential 25 kV capillary temperature 25 °C. limits dopamine were 3.3, 0.25, 1.26 nM. method successfully monitoring these human urine. Recovery analytes ranged from 93.2 105.8%.
