摘要: IT-induced public sector transformation investigates the organizational changes that are undertaken to transform administrations using information technology (IT). While IT made governments more efficient, it is unclear whether will also make them effective in creating value for citizens and businesses. This study outcomes of factors influence these outcomes. It finds transformed organizations do not emerge on short term; often remains a promise projects rather than an outcome. Instead realizing change, focus setting up governance. many IT-projects traditionally aim improve service delivery businesses, practice, they create better enforcement control government organizations.
