摘要: Gold nanorods coated with multilayer polyelectrolyte is reported as a biocompatible optical probe capability for dark-field imaging and electron microscopy of cancer cells. Transferrin (Tf) was conjugated to the polyelectrolyte-coated targeted in vitro delivery Dark-field used confirm receptor-mediated uptake into HeLa cells, which known overexpress transferrin receptor (TfR).
