摘要: Accumulation of pathologically activated immature myeloid cells with potent immune-suppressive activity is one the major immunological hallmarks cancer. In recent years, it became clear that in addition to their activity, myeloid-derived suppressor (MDSCs) influence tumor progression a variety ways. They are directly implicated promotion metastases by participating formation premetastatic niches, promoting angiogenesis and cell invasion. this review, we discuss data describing various roles MDSCs metastases.
