摘要: ABSTRACT The contribution of induction and stable derepression chromosomal group I β-lactamases to β-lactam antibiotics resistance was studied in clinical isolates Enterobacteriaceae, collected from patients treated with these antibiotics. Multiple the same species patient were characterized by different typing methods. Sonicated extracts cells assayed for plasmid-mediated isoelectric focusing cloxacillin inhibition studies. specific β-lactamase activity, basal induced cefoxitin, determined differentiate strains inducible or derepressed production enzyme.
