摘要: Veterinarians practicing emergency medicine and/or working with exotic animals must be well versed in the pathophysiology of shock because many pets present an acute crisis or manifestation a chronic process causing poor organ perfusion. This article discusses and systemic inflammatory response syndrome, which may lead to dysfunction, failure, sepsis, death. The physiology perfusion, perfusion measurements, categories shock, altered function immune system, gastrointestinal barrier, coagulation system are discussed. providing care patients also aware comorbidities.
