摘要: Existing electronic shops based on CBR technology allow customers to search for adequate products by only specifying the attributes in a fuzzy way. Unfortunately, most do not further support after retrieval step. However, especially configurable could be customized at this stage. Based approach of interactive adaptation operators, we present flexible system architecture customization module which can easily integrated shops. Our modular concept is implemented and currently tested within ESPRIT project WEBSELL.
