摘要: To compare the effects of different chelating agents on push-out bond strength calcium silicate-based cements to simulated root-end cavities. Root-end cavities were prepared roots fifty extracted maxillary anterior teeth. The specimens then randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 10) based final irrigation regimen: Group 1: 17% EDTA, 2: 7% maleic acid, 3: QMix, 4: 2.25% peracetic acid (PAA), 5: 0.9% saline. Then, samples from each group subdivided two (n = 5) apical filling material. In 1, all filled with Biodentine and in 2, MTA. Each sample was horizontally sectioned produce discs ∼1 mm thick per specimen. maximum load required for dislodgement 100 retrofillings recorded. examined under scanning electron microscope after debonding assess type failure. Data statistically analyzed using Kruskal Wallis Mann Whitney U tests. Irrigation saline resulted higher compared other irrigants retrograde obturated MTA or (p .05). EDTA PAA showed resistance values than test irrigants, when used as a filling. solution influences fillings.
