摘要: Abstract Interaction of rat lymphocyte subpopulations (B cells and T cells) with surfaces poly ( N,N -dimethylacryl-amide- co -3-acrylamidophenylboronic acid) (DB copolymers) varying composition was evaluated under a controlled shear stress by using plane-parallel-type channel equipped polymer-coated bottom wail [field-flow fractionation/ adhesion chromatography (FFF/AC)]. This method enables to control the hydrodynamic at wall resulting from parabolic flow in channel. The recovery profile lymphocytes DB channels different among each subpopulation, selective achieved most B remaining Phenylboronic acid residues copolymers seem work as binding sites for sugar residues, presumably sialic existing on membrane surface lymphocytes. Yield efficiency separation are practical range application immunological field, allowing this system be useful novel separator.
