摘要: To investigate the mechanisms involved in lymphocyte adsorption on poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate)-graft-polyamine copolymer, which is utilized as an adsorbent for cell separation, role of cellular metabolism these copolymers was evaluated. We examined effect lowering environmental temperature and drug cytochalasin B that inhibits reorganization microfilaments cytoskeletons adsorption. Although lymphocytes methacrylate) considerably reduced presence or by temperature, no marked influence factors observed copolymers. These results suggest that, contrast to common plastics surfaces including methacrylate), surface does not stimulate activate adsorbed lymphocytes.
