摘要: Abstract The lipid fraction extracted from isolated cilia of Tetrahymena , pyriformis contains a high proportion phosphonolipids and much smaller amounts phospholipids. major components are an alkoxy acyl glycerol ester 2-aminoethyl-phosphonate (AEP), corresponding deacylated derivative. By contrast, other organelles these cells contain large phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, cardiolipin, in addition to phosphonolipids.
